Orders above the free-shipping threshold are free. Below that, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and netbanking via Razorpay, plus Cash on Delivery and wallet balance. Subscriptions are auto-charged on the next billing date.
Yes — cancel free before the order is packed. After packing/dispatch it cannot be cancelled. See the Refund Policy for full details.
Wallet refunds are instant. Source refunds (UPI/card) take 5–7 business days. We never deduct an admin fee on legitimate refunds.
Yes — pause anytime from Account → Subscriptions. No charges accrue while paused; visits resume on the date you set.
Every partner goes through ID verification, address verification, and a background check. Service partners undergo skill verification before they take live jobs.
Phone numbers shown to partners are masked. Payment info never touches our servers — Razorpay handles it. See the Privacy Policy.
