Grocery orders
- Cancel before the order is packed for a full refund to wallet within 24 hours.
- Once packed or out for delivery, orders cannot be cancelled.
- If items are missing, damaged, or expired, raise a support ticket within 24 hours of delivery — we'll refund or replace the affected items.
Service bookings
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the slot — full refund to wallet.
- Cancellations within 2 hours incur a 25% partner-time fee.
- If the service partner is a no-show or the work is unsatisfactory, you get a 100% refund after we review the case.
Subscriptions
- You can pause anytime — no charges accrue while paused.
- Cancel anytime; the current billing period is non-refundable but no further charges are made.
- Missed visits caused by us (partner unavailable) are credited back to your wallet pro-rata.
Refund timelines
- Wallet credits: instant.
- Razorpay refunds (back to source): 5–7 business days.
- UPI/Card disputes: as per bank policy.
