1. Acceptance of terms
By using Super Daily ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be 18+ and a resident of India to use Super Daily. You're responsible for keeping your phone number, OTP and account secure.
3. Orders, bookings & payments
Prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes unless stated. Payment is processed via Razorpay or COD. Delivery fees may apply below the minimum order value.
4. Shipping policy
We deliver within mapped serviceable zones in Bangalore. Standard delivery is 30–45 min. ETAs may vary during peak hours and weather events.
5. Return & replacement
Items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery if damaged or incorrect. Refunds are credited to source within 5–7 business days, or instantly to wallet.
6. Refund policy
Cancelled orders before partner assignment receive full refunds. After partner assignment, partial refunds may apply depending on the stage.
7. Limitation of liability
Super Daily's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the disputed order or service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.
