Service area
We currently operate inside select pincodes in Bengaluru, with rapid expansion in progress. Your delivery zone is detected automatically when you set your location — if your address falls outside our zone, you'll be notified at checkout.
Delivery times
- Grocery orders: typically 15–30 minutes from order placement.
- Service bookings: at the slot you selected; partners arrive within a 15-minute window.
- Subscription visits: at your scheduled time-of-day window.
Delivery fees
- Free delivery on grocery orders above the free-shipping threshold (shown at checkout).
- Below threshold: a flat delivery fee applies, displayed before payment.
- Service bookings: pricing is inclusive — no separate travel fee.
Order tracking
After your order is accepted, you can track partner location in real time from your account → orders. You'll also get push and SMS notifications for major status changes.
Failed deliveries
If a partner is unable to reach you (no answer, locked gate, wrong address), they'll wait up to 10 minutes and contact you twice. If the order can't be handed over, perishables are returned and a partial refund is processed; non-perishable items can be re-attempted next slot.
